BACOLOD CITY -- A self-confessed finance and logistic officer of the “Sangay sa Partido sa Platoon” of the Kilusang Larangan South West, gave himself up to the 302nd Infantry Brigade, and surrendered an M-16 assault rifle with several magazines of ammunition and explosives, Lt.
